The 47 Steps Guest House is a very new and modern building only 50 meters distance from the Termini Station, on Via Marsala side. It is placed on the 2nd floor (actually 1 and a half floor) of an Umbertino building without an elevator, exactly climbing 47 steps.
The Guest House has 6 rooms with private bathrooms, including single, double and triple ones (extra bed available); it has also an adjoining room, ideal solution for families and friend groups.
Modern and functional, all our rooms and bathrooms made in 2018, have AC, WI-FI, Smart TV, Hair dryer, Digital Safe, Courtesy kit and ironing kit. Perfect for business and leisure travellers, for short and long term stay.
